Thank you for visiting our web site.  If you have come to us perhaps it is because you are interested in Natural Horsemanship.  For those who ask what IS Natural Horsemanship, I think the simple answer is" having a partnership with your horse where you both have pleasure while still safely accomplishing your goals, using communication rather than fear or intimidation".

While developing this partnership, safety is paramount.  You will notice that your horse is relaxed around you and that he will accept you in his world without the normal  prey animal reactions.  This leads to a very special and trusting relationship.

We have a new assistant trainer, Rachel Kelly, to help you in obtaining this with your horse.  As of this year, Rachel will graduate from UCD with a degree in Equine Science.

Those who board with us  have many opportunities to do interesting things with their horses.  This year we will be going to Yosemite, Pt Reyes and Angels Camp to name a few.

We will also be having a 3 day clinic wih Deb Cooper (there is room for one more participant) as well as a 2 day clinic with Brent Graeff.

There are auditor positions open for both clinics.

We have just built 2 new stalls and are working toward our second covered arena.  We now  have a new tack and rec room which gives us fridge, stove and shower as well as a place to spend the night if it is necessary to be near your horse in an emergency situation.

We are working on Parelli levels 1,2 and 3 with most of our students and the results with their horses are amazing.

Please contact Sandyjean Winward if you are interested in visiting us .  We would love to meet you.
